Effective 2026 · v1
Terms of Service
By requesting an API key and using the Physon service (the "Service"), you agree to the following terms.
1. Permitted use
You may use the Service for research, evaluation, personal projects, and internal use within your organization. Redistribution of API responses without material transformation requires written permission.
2. Prohibited use
- No distillation. You will not use outputs of the Service to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a competing generative model.
- No reverse engineering. You will not attempt to recover model weights, training data, or internal architecture through repeated queries, adversarial probing, or side channels.
- No key sharing. API keys are personal and may not be shared, resold, or embedded in publicly-distributed applications.
- No automated scraping. You will not run automated crawlers or scrapers beyond the documented rate limits.
- No abuse. You will not attempt to disrupt the Service, cause denial of service, or interfere with other users.
3. Intellectual property
All architecture, models, weights, training pipelines, and internal documentation of Physon are proprietary trade secrets. The specific neural mappings of classical Indian mathematical principles used by the Service are our confidential intellectual property.
Model outputs are © Physon 2026. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use outputs generated by your account for the permitted purposes above.
4. Data and privacy
We store your email and API-key usage counts. We log request IPs and rate limits for abuse detection. We do not sell your data. We may contact you about service updates or security notices.
5. Availability and warranty
The Service is provided as-is during MVP. We make no availability guarantees. Outputs may be non-deterministic. Do not use the Service in safety-critical or medical decision-making without appropriate validation.
6. Termination
We may revoke API keys at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, or lawful order.
7. Governing law
Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of the jurisdiction of the Service's primary operator. Details available on request.
